amuthamfashions.in offers multiple payment options such as Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI/PayPal.
How do I go about a payment failure?
In case of a failed payment, retry placing the order and completing the payment:
Check for correct credit/debit card details, pins, passwords
Check for sufficient balance in the account
Check for functional internet connectivity
If amount debited from your account despite a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.
Can I edit my order?
No, order cannot be modified once placed.
How can I track my orders & payment?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can found under Order History.
For orders, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you.
What is the accumulated delivery fee for?
The Delivery fee may vary on the distance and weight of the product. You can redeem in each checkout.
How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
What is your return policy?
In case of a wrong order or defective product, you can return the product within 07days to us, and we will send you the exact or suitable replacement. You can email us at amuthamdesignerstudio@gmail.com. Please make sure the product is the same condition as delivered with the bill and price tag, in case of failing which we will not be able to accept the return.
Will I get a refund in case when I return a product?
Refund will be processed once when we receive product in our warehouse and after completing quality check. It may take 01 to 15 days to credit the refund which depends upon the mode of payment.”
