Job Summary

The Admin Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and store. This role requires a well-organized, efficient, and detail-oriented individual who can handle administrative tasks, coordinate between departments, manage records, and support management in various operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office and store
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation (both physical and digital)
  • Handle purchase orders, bills, invoices, and vendor coordination
  • Monitor stock levels for office and store supplies and ensure timely replenishment
  • Assist in payroll support, attendance tracking, and staff coordination
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and courier services for smooth order flow
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining communication channels
  • Ensure store cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and smooth operational workflow
  • Maintain databases and generate daily/weekly reports for management review
  • Provide administrative assistance during events, exhibitions, or store launches
  • Handle customer inquiries or redirect them to relevant departments when necessary

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles (retail/fashion industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fashion Designer Intern

Role Overview

As a Fashion Designer Intern, you will assist our senior designers in the design and development process — from concept to creation. You'll gain hands-on experience in fabric selection, sketching, embroidery design, color coordination, and production planning, especially for kids' traditional and festive wear.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing new collections for kids' ethnic wear (frocks, pavadai sattai, lehengas, etc.)
  • Support the senior designer in sketching, sampling, and material selection
  • Research current fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and regional styles
  • Coordinate with the production team for sampling, stitching, and quality checking
  • Prepare mood boards, color palettes, and design presentations
  • Help in maintaining fabric swatches, trims, and design records
  • Participate in photoshoots, exhibitions, and design meetings
  • Suggest new ideas for improving patterns, fits, and embellishments
  • Ensure timely completion of design projects and support overall team workflow

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
  • Strong creativity and interest in Indian ethnic fashion and kidswear
  • Basic knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric types
  • Proficiency in sketching (manual or digital) — knowledge of Illustrator or CorelDRAW is a plus
  • Good attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive learning attitude
  • Passionate about trends, culture, and creativity

Job Summary

The Sales Person will be the face of our brand in the store — welcoming customers, understanding their needs, showcasing collections, and ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication, product knowledge, and a positive attitude toward customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable designs and products.
  • Explain fabric details, sizes, offers, and customization options clearly.
  • Maintain store display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness.
  • Handle billing, packing, and ensure neat presentation of products.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the store manager and team for stock updates and requirements.
  • Manage customer feedback and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Support in inventory checking, tagging, and visual merchandising.
  • Participate in exhibitions, launches, or festive events when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate in any field.
